Just For You Princess

At Decisions we have Team Gordon (the winners) and Team Stewart.
Don't get your hopes up if you're in the later, Gordon's still in the race - in 1997 while at Daytona we witnessed him win - coming back from a lap down.

(added later): Ok - I guess I should clarify in case anyone gets the wrong idea - but I think Becky's the only one who actually reads my blog so just in case she got the wrong idea.... The Princess in the title is Becky - our lovely employee (and friend) who we fondly refer to as the Panini Princess because she makes them everyday. Yes, I have to be nice now because she's mad at me.... She's not on our Team.

Love Is In the Air
Or at least snow is.....
It's Cathy's car, but where was Cathy this morning? Hmmmm... I think Pastor forgot to bring her out for a Valentine's Day breakfast! =)
I don't know if you can tell the height of this snow bank from the picture - but it sure is piling up around here! All the area schools are closed today. When we were watching the news for closings this morning Seth said in a small hopeful voice, "Home school's not on there, is it?"
I thanked God this morning that Terry is no longer driving to Rochester for work - but he just walks downstairs.
It's cold outside but the food is still hot and yummy here! If you're brave enough to drive (or are just hungry for a good home cooked meal) - you better come out tonight with your Valentine for a Sliced Ham Dinner! Eat in our cozy dining room or call ahead for a to-go order. If you don't want to get out of your car just pull up to the door, honk, and someone (uh, Terry I mean) will run it out! Yeah. Really we will if you tell us when you order. Check out our full Deli Menu and Carving Board Specials at http://www.decisionscatering.com/ - And check out the new page - Our New Eating Bar.
Leigh's Dad built it - it really turned out nicely. Everyone is commenting on it. Now we just need the stools; Terry is looking for them. We're also getting ready to re-do the floors.

Ham & Cookies

An unlikely combination.... Well, we don't serve them TOGETHER - but we've been busy doing our usual Wednesday Night Special: Sliced Ham AND frosting Valentine's Day cut-out cookies. The former owner of our deli, Dee, was famous for these and we've continued with her recipe. They sell quicker than we can frost them!

This past Monday we had to finish moving out of our house in Warsaw and Terry didn't have time to prepare his Monday Night Special: Stuffed Peppers. We had several calls for them, and we apologize - they'll be back on Monday, February 12th - we promise. They are yummy, I don't blame you all for being dissappointed. The stuffed pepper soup on Tuesdays has been a real hit too, surprised me a bit - but of course it is...
